大学毕业生就业质量评价指标体系研究
摘要:制定科学合理的评价指标体系是衡量大学毕业生就业质量的基本条件。国内外在制定大学毕业生就业质量评价指标体系方面已取得了丰富的研究成果,但针对不同区域、不同行业、不同层次、不同职业和不同性别的质量评价体系相对欠缺,显得共性有余而个性不足。针对云南省大学毕业生就业实际,从政府部门宏观层面、用人单位中观层面和毕业生微观层面的三维视角,运用德尔菲法和层次分析法,本着尽可能量化与可操作性的原则,构建得出4个一级指标、13个二级指标和31个三级指标及其相应权重的云南省大学毕业生就业质量评价指标体系。经过案例验证,结果显示:该评价指标具有一定的合理性和操作性,可以藉此用来对云南省大学毕业生的就业质量进行评价和验证。

Rich research achievements have been obtained in formulating university graduate employment quality evaluation system at home and abroad, but the employment quality assessment systems concerning different regions, industries, professions and genders are relativelyincomplete,which appear to be more homogenous than distinctive. Through analyzingthe employment reality of the university graduates in Yunnan provincefrom the three-dimensional views of the macro level of government departments, medium level of employers and micro level of graduates,this paperaims at constructing a university graduate employment quality evaluation index system in Yunnan province based on the principle of quantitative and maneuverability by using Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process. The evaluation index system includes 4 first-level indicators, 13 secondary indicators and 31 tertiary indicators with their corresponding weights. With the case validation, the result showed that the evaluation index system has certain rationality and operability. It can be used to evaluate and validate the university graduates employment quality in Yunnan province.

就業乃民生之本,大学生就业既关系到大学生个人的事业发展,也关系到家庭的幸福安康,更关系到社会的和谐稳定。但是,大学毕业生的就业质量则需要客观的综合评价,而准确衡量其质量状况的客观依据则有赖于科学的评价指标体系。因此,制定科学合理的质量评价指标体系,既有利于政府部门调整就业政策、有利于用人单位更好地选拔人才,也有利于高等院校提高大学毕业生就业质量,更有利于大学生据此量身定做自身的职业规划。基于此,本文旨在通过梳理国内外关于大学毕业生就业质量评价指标体系的基础上,结合云南省高校实际,研究制定云南省大学毕业生就业质量评价指标体系,以便科学有效地衡量云南省大学毕业生就业状况,更好地提升云南省大学毕业生就业质量。
一、大学毕业生就业质量评价指标体系研究现状
(一)国内外研究综述
